The experience that we have obtained over these years has allowed us maximum optimisation of our Stretch Hood leading to us becoming a benchmark supplier in the palletised load packaging sectors.
Our Stretch Hood is a great technological advance since it does not require a heat source, thereby giving it enormous advantages for our customers.
We offer sustainable solutions with EKOGAUR PCR, materials with post-consumption recyled resources and EKOGAUR ZIRK, with chemical recycling, with the same mechanical propetries as the virgin resource.

EKOGAUR ZIRK
Environmentally sustainable solutions offering reduced thicknesses retaining all packaging functionalities.
- Strength: Hood perimeter shorter than that of the load, providing continuous horizontal and vertical tension that keeps the load compact without damaging the product.
- Stability: There is the possibility of overlapping the film below the pallet, creating perfect cohesion betweene load/pallet to avoid damage caused by problems with stability during storage and transport.
- Impermeability: Load protected against water and dust even for long periods of outdoor storage.
- Traceability: Use of labels and barcode scanning beneath the hood, thanks to the transparency of the film, preventing them from being damaged or lost.
- Saving on film: The stretch hood is an economical packaging system since it operates with a perimeter of film lower than that of the load, thereby reducing plastic consumption.
- Tamper-proof: Any manipulation of the load once the hood has been fitted is easy to detect.
- Safety: Avoids the potential danger involved in a gas installation.
- Quality: As there is no need to apply heat, the properties of the load do not change and there is no danger of the film becoming stuck to it.
- Optical properties: The optical properties of the hood in terms of shine and transparency, together with the absence of folds and holes, guarantee excellent presentation that allows the load to be perfectly visible.
- High palletising rate: Up to 150 pallets per hour.
- Energy saving: No heat source obtained by combustion is necessary.
